A Christmas Sweater

Here’s a seasonal sweater for your delectation:

Alas, I tried to make Richard III a Christmas sweater at another site, but the e-mail function there doesn’t appear to be working, so I shall have to leave the dressing of the king to more technologically skilled minds than mine. Trust me, darlings. He looked marvelous.

EDIT: OK, I finally found an e-mail address it liked. So here are sweaters for Richard III and Elizabeth Woodville (who wanted equal time). Isn’t everyone entitled to a cozy Christmas?

Merry Christmas, all!

  1. Susan, glad you were able to link the sweater site to your blog- I really liked you EoW one!
I'm thinking of doing an EIV sweater tonight if I have time-and can come up with some sufficiently snarky comment to put on it.
I'm thinking that MoA, Clarence, JoL and Margaret Beaufort could inspire some cool sweaters as well.

Your sweater is ideal. Red and white for the rivals and green, blue and white to restore harmony.

What I need now is more than a sweater given the conditions this side of the pond. Am I bovvered as one UK comedienne chants? No I've thrown political correctness – not that there's anything correct about PC – to the wind which has blown here all the way from Siberia and venturing out in REAL FUR. It may not be PC but it beats even a snuggie every time.

A Merry but not too merry Christmas to you and yours and all the best for 2010.

For myself I'm having a traditional Christmas – roast goose. Turkey? As Scrooge might well say ' Bah! Humbug!'

On the other hand given the price for geese these days he might well find himself confronting the Ghost of Christmas Future before anyone else.

  3. Hey Susan! I am just popping in to say HAPPY HOLIDAYS to you and your family! Hope you have a wonderful New Year, as well!

Thanks, all, and Happy New Year! (Cmc, I think all those you named need their own sweaters.)
